Ingredients

  • Irish Whiskey1.5 oz
  • Cold Brew Concentrate2 oz
  • Brown Sugar Syrup0.5 oz
  • Heavy Cream1 oz
  • Crushed Ice1 cup
  • Whipped Cream1 dollop

Method

  1. Add whiskey, cold brew, brown sugar syrup, and cream to blender
  2. Add 1 cup crushed ice
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Pour into Irish coffee mug or highball
  5. Top with a dollop of whipped cream

Pro Tips

  • Molly's at the Market in New Orleans popularized this — their version uses espresso, not coffee.
  • Use a high-proof Irish whiskey (Redbreast 12, Green Spot) — lower-proof whiskeys get lost in the blend.
  • Dust nutmeg on the whipped cream — gives it the traditional Irish-coffee finish.
