Ingredients
- Irish Whiskey1.5 oz
- Cold Brew Concentrate2 oz
- Brown Sugar Syrup0.5 oz
- Heavy Cream1 oz
- Crushed Ice1 cup
- Whipped Cream1 dollop
Method
- Add whiskey, cold brew, brown sugar syrup, and cream to blender
- Add 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into Irish coffee mug or highball
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream
