Ingredients
- Gin50 ml
- Grenadine syrup7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)30 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, grenadine syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
