Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Orange Liqueur22.5 ml
- Mastiha liqueur15 ml
- White crème de menthe7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup1.25 ml
- Mint bitters4 drop
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, orange liqueur, mastiha liqueur, white crème de menthe, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, mint bitters, and egg white (pasteurised)
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
