- inch Cucumber (fresh)2
- Gin20 ml
- Mastiha liqueur40 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add inch cucumber (fresh), gin, mastiha liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
