Ingredients
- New make spirit40 ml
- Fino sherry5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice5 ml
- Banana liqueur2.5 ml
- Mole bitters4 dash
- Ginger ale25 ml
Method
- Add new make spirit, fino sherry, fresh lime juice, banana liqueur, and mole bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with ginger ale
