Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves5
- Gin60 ml
- Pastis7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, pastis, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
