Ingredients

  • Vodka1.75 oz
  • Chambord0.5 oz
  • Pineapple Juice1 oz
  • Lemon Peel1 twist

Method

  1. Add vodka, Chambord, and pineapple juice to shaker with ice
  2. Shake hard until frothed
  3. Double strain into chilled coupe
  4. Garnish with lemon twist

Pro Tips

  • Chambord is THE black-raspberry liqueur; other brands muddy the drink.
  • Shake HARD for the signature pink foam — 15+ seconds.
  • Fresh pineapple juice matters MORE than the vodka brand here.
