- Elderflower liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice5 ml
- Champagne135 ml
Method
- Add elderflower liqueur and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with champagne
