- Chartreuse Green10 ml
- Chartreuse Yellow10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Élixir Végétal1 dash
- Champagne90 ml
Method
- Add chartreuse green, chartreuse yellow, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and élixir végétal to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
- Top with champagne
