Ingredients
- Scotch whisky60 ml
- Amaro Formidabile15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Dry-shake scotch whisky, amaro formidabile, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
