- Elderflower cordial15 ml
- Pomegranate juice45 ml
- Prosecco60 ml
Method
- Add limoncello liqueur, fresh lemon juice, elderflower cordial, and pomegranate juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with prosecco
