Ingredients
- Irish whiskey35 ml
- Stout beer25 ml
- Maple syrup10 ml
- fresh Egg (white and yolk)1
- Orinoco bitters3 dash
Method
- Dry-shake irish whiskey, stout beer, maple syrup, fresh egg (white and yolk), and orinoco bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
