Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Grapefruit Juice10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
- Champagne20 ml
Method
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and orange bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with champagne
