Ingredients
- Old Tom Gin45 ml
- Crème de violette7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Whipping cream30 ml
- Egg White30 ml
- Top up with Soda from siphon
Method
- Dry-shake old tom gin, crème de violette, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, whipping cream, egg white, and top up with soda from siphon in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
