Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup22.5 ml
- Absinthe2 dash
- Sparkling Water22.5 ml
Method
- Add gin, gentian liqueur, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and absinthe to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
