Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky7.5 ml
- Water120 ml
- Cognac (brandy)50 ml
- Honey sugar syrup10 ml
- Cinnamon syrup5 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
Method
- Add peated malt whisky, water, cognac (brandy), honey sugar syrup, cinnamon syrup, and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
