- Cucumber (fresh)2 slice
- Gin20 ml
- Fernet liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup20 ml
- Prosecco30 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cucumber (fresh), gin, fernet liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with prosecco
