Ingredients
- dried Fennel seeds15
- Scotch whisky60 ml
- Apple Schnapps15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Pastis5 ml
- Water10 ml
Method
- Add dried fennel seeds, scotch whisky, apple schnapps, rich simple syrup, pastis, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
