Ingredients
- Sloe Gin30 ml
- Palo cortado sherry30 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh30 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add sloe gin, palo cortado sherry, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, bénédictine d.o.m., and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
