- Gin45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml

- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fresh ginger, gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
