Ingredients
- Scotch whisky45 ml
- Rioja wine20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water90 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, rioja wine, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
