Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Grapefruit Juice30 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)15 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Add gin, grapefruit juice, amaro (e.g. montenegro), gentian liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
