Ingredients
- Scotch whisky45 ml
- Vanilla liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Champagne75 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, vanilla liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with champagne
