Ingredients
- Tawny port30 ml
- Rye whiskey 50% abv15 ml
- Bourbon whiskey15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
Method
- Dry-shake tawny port, rye whiskey 50% abv, bourbon whiskey, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
