Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves7
- Chartreuse Green45 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add chartreuse green, rich simple syrup, and fresh lime juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with top up with soda water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
