Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
- Ginger beer45 ml
Method
- Add peated malt whisky, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with ginger beer
