- Gin60 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
