Ingredients
- Gin50 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water25 ml
Method
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, maraschino liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
