Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Champagne45 ml
Method
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
- Top with champagne
