Ingredients
- Elderflower liqueur60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Dry-shake elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, egg white (pasteurised), and orange bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
