Ingredients
- fresh Kumquats5
- Grappa45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur37.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Merlot red wine7.5 ml
Method
- Add fresh kumquats, grappa, elderflower liqueur, rich simple syrup, and merlot red wine to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
