Ingredients
- Vodka60 ml

- Whipping cream30 ml

- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Add vodka, ml, ml, kiwi fruit puree, whipping cream, and egg white (pasteurised) to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into rocks glass
