Ingredients
- Oloroso sherry30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur15 ml
- Chilli liqueur15 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth15 ml
- Prosecco60 ml
Method
- Fill rocks glass with ice
- Add oloroso sherry, red bitter liqueur, chilli liqueur, and rosso/sweet vermouth
- Top with prosecco
- Stir briefly
