Ingredients
- Cucumber (fresh)3 slice
- Gin45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Sparkling Water50 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cucumber (fresh), gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
