Ingredients
- Cucumber (fresh)2 slice
- fresh Mint leaves8
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cucumber (fresh), gin, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
