Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)30 ml
- Chartreuse Green30 ml
- Sloe Gin30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- pinch Salt1
- Egg White15 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), chartreuse green, sloe gin, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with pinch salt
