Ingredients
- Gin40 ml
- Cognac (brandy)30 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth10 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Meletti)10 ml
- Chocolate bitters8 drop
Method
- Add gin, cognac (brandy), rosso/sweet vermouth, amaro (e.g. meletti), and chocolate bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
