Ingredients
- Vodka60 ml
- Orange Curaçao15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Grapefruit bitters1 dash
- Orange Bitters1 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vodka, orange curaçao, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, grapefruit bitters, orange bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
