Ingredients
- Oude genever30 ml
- Kummel liqueur22.5 ml
- Pineapple syrup10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Champagne45 ml
Method
- Add oude genever, kummel liqueur, pineapple syrup, fresh lime juice, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with champagne
