Ingredients
- Amontillado sherry60 ml
- Scotch whisky15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Pineapple syrup12.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add amontillado sherry, scotch whisky, fresh lemon juice, pineapple syrup, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
