Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv60 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh22.5 ml
- Fernet liqueur7.5 ml
- Elderflower liqueur7.5 ml
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, fernet liqueur, and elderflower liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
