Ingredients
- Dubonnet Rouge1 1/2 oz
- Gin3/4 oz
- Bitters1 dash
- Lemon peel1 oz
Method
- Add dubonnet rouge, gin, and bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with lemon peel
