Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh20 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)10 ml
Method
- Add bourbon whiskey, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, and amaro (e.g. montenegro) to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
