Ingredients
- Blended Scotch Whisky2 1/2 oz
- Dry Vermouth1 1/2 tsp
- Lemon peel1 oz
Method
- Add scotch and dry vermouth to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with lemon peel
