Ingredients

  • London Dry Gin2.5 oz
  • Dry Vermouth0.5 oz
  • Lemon Twist1 piece

Method

  1. In mixing glass, combine 2.5 oz London Dry gin
  2. Add 0.5 oz dry vermouth
  3. Stir with ice until very cold
  4. Strain into chilled martini glass
  5. Express lemon peel over drink
  6. Garnish with lemon twist or olives
  7. Serve immediately
