- Scotch whisky30 ml
- Peated malt whisky15 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth25 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro10 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, peated malt whisky, bianco/blanco vermouth, and cynar/carciofo amaro to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
