Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv45 ml
- Apricot liqueur45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Dry-shake rye whiskey 50% abv, apricot liqueur, fresh lemon juice, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
