Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Pisco15 ml
- Peach liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, pisco, peach liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, orange bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
