Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Red bitter liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Dry-shake gin, red bitter liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and orange bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
