Ingredients
- Cucumber (fresh)4 slice
- Fresh dill2 sprig
- Gin50 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:16 drop
- Coriander bitters4 drop
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cucumber (fresh), fresh dill, gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, saline solution 4:1, and coriander bitters
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
